Pregnancy expectation ကိုယ္ဝန္ရခ်င္လို႔
ကၽြန္မ အသက္က၂၉ ေက်ာ္ပါျပီ။ ကၽြန္မရာသီရက္ေက်ာ္လို႔ ၃ ရက္ေလာက္ၾကာတဲ့ထိ မလာတာနဲ႔ ေကသီပန္ကို ၃၆ လံုး ေသာက္လိုက္ေတာ့ ရာသီျပန္လာပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ ၃ ပါတ္ဆက္တိုက္ ၃ လံုးစီ ေသာက္လိုက္ပါတယ္။ ခုေတာ့ ကေလးယူေတာ့မယ္ဆံုးျဖတ္ျပီး မေသာက္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ တာေဆး မသံုးပါဘူး။ အရင္ကေတာ့ သံုးပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မ ေၾကာက္တာက ကေလးရခဲ့ရင္ ဒီေဆးေၾကာင့္ ကေလးထိခိုက္မႈ ရွိႏိုင္ပါသလား။ ခုမွေတြးေၾကာက္တာနဲ႔ ဆရာ့ဆီ
အၾကံေတာင္းၾကည့္တာပါ။ ေလာေလာဆယ္ေတာ့ Folic Acid ေသာက္ေနပါတယ္။ အားေဆးအေနနဲ႔ေတာ့ Fanza ေတာ့ မွာထားပါတယ္။ Pollen လည္း မွာထားပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္မက ႕႕႕႕႕ မွာေနတာပါ။ ဘာေတြလိုအပ္တယ္၊ ဘာအားေဆးေတြ ေသာက္သင့္တယ္။ ဘာစားေဆးေတြ။ ဘာေတြစားရမယ္။ ဘာေတြ လိုက္နာရမယ္ဆိုတာေလး ဆရာအားရင္ ရွင္းျပေပးပါေနာ္။
ၾကိဳတင္မစိုးရိမ္ပါနဲ႔။ ျမန္မာေဆး-တိုင္းရင္းေဆးေတြကို ဆရာတို႔လို ဆရာဝန္ေတြက မသံုးပါ။ အေကာင္း-အဆိုး မေျပာႏိုင္ပါ။ ကိုယ္ဝန္ရဘို႔ရာ ရာသီမွန္ဘို႔လိုတယ္။ လအတန္ၾကာလို႔ မရေသးရင္ ေမးပါ။ ေဆးစစ္ပါ။ အမ်ိဳးသား အသက္ မသိရပါ။ တျခားအိမ္ေထာင္ရွိၾက-မရွိၾက မသိရပါ။ (ေဆာရီး) ခုအခ်ိန္မွာ ကေလးမရႏိုင္တဲ့အတြဲလို႔ ေျပာမရေသးပါ။ Pollen အေၾကာင္းေရးထားပါတယ္။ Fanza ဆိုတာမသိပါ။
